Individual dance class where we learn a different dance form each month, such as: Jazz, Modern, Musical Theater, Latin, Disco, Ballet, Folk, and Belly Dance. Dancing makes your mind sharper and your body more flexible while having a delightful time. In brain studies on the effect of various activities, dance reduced the risk of dementia by 76%. Dancing significantly improves balance and increases energy and serotonin production, which helps to reduce stress and depression. We also have fun! Laugh as we learn. No experience necessary as we enjoy the delight of sharing dance.
