Theatrical Performance |
Angelina Peggy Hunt has traveled the country and many parts of the world presenting her original performances, giving workshops and serving as an art education consultant. Known for her spectacular performances she combines masks, dance, stilts and giant puppets. Her larger works such as Dunes and Woods, Fowl Play, Dragon Quest, Insectagansa and The Snow Queen have been produced by University of Hawaii, University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Grand Valley State University, Terrestrial Theater, and Earth Circus. Her colorful masked characters appeared in many venues such as First Night Honolulu and The National Puppetry Festival in Seattle. Her Millennium Masque Procession at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC utilized community members for this site-specific performance. |
